This European cinema competition for first and second feature filmmakers features a €5,000 prize and in 2023, nine countries feature with films from Slovakia, Kosovo, Germany, Greece, North Macedonia, Belgium, Portugal, Denmark, Hungary, Lithuania and Romania.
