To This I Belong is a documentary following the creation of an ambitious, island-wide dance project in which four dance artists – one in each province of Ireland – are commissioned by Luail, Ireland’s new all-island dance company, to make site-specific works rooted in land, memory, and belonging. Through movement, music, and place, the film portrays an island in flux – asking how a country tells its story through the bodies that move across its land.
