The Galway Film Fair is the umbrella term for the many industry events taking place during the Galway Film Fleadh.

The Fair hosts The Marketplace, Networking meetings, The Fleadh Forum, European Co-Production Dinner, Festival/Market Screenings, Industry Seminars, Masterclasses and much more. The Galway Film Fair is a key industry event that facilitates networking and collaboration within the film industry. It provides a platform for filmmakers, producers, and industry professionals to connect, discuss projects, and explore potential collaborations.

Short Film Exchange

The Galway Film Fleadh, Galway Film Fair & NTA Film and TV are thrilled to offer live-action fiction Short Film Writers, Writer/Directors & Producers an exclusive opportunity to connect through one-on-one meetings on Sunday July 14th at this year’s festival.


A unique opportunity to meet one-to-one with the world’s leading financiers in an intimate and productive atmosphere, allowing new talent to be discovered and long-term partnerships to be made.

An annual symposium for filmmakers and industry professionals to explore and share ideas about what is happening in the audio-visual industry.
