2026 | Ireland | 80’ | World Premiere

From debut writer-director Dallan Shovlin and featuring a stellar cast of talented Irish actors, we’re excited to bring you the World Premiere of You’ll Never Believe Who’s Dead, a fresh, funny and deliciously dark Irish comedy. As the Cosgrove family gather for a traditional Irish Christmas, and their financial problems come to the fore, a solution presents itself in the form of a robbery of local reclusive farmer Charlie Bann. But the Cosgroves have bitten off more than they can chew, as Charlie Bann is not who he seems to be. As the Cosgroves get deeper into their disastrous plan, the film reveals itself to be a sharply observed comedy about family, individuality, and late-stage capitalism.
