In 2015, comedian Jon Rudnitsky landed his dream job as a cast member of Saturday Night Live. One season later, Jon was fired. Over the last decade, he has toured comedy clubs and small venues across the country. Each year, the crowds grow smaller and the income thinner. Special Boy is an intimate, warts-and-all portrait of the realities of life on the road, surviving in the entertainment industry, and how long someone can spend chasing their dream.
