Join this year’s Junior Film Fleadh Jury

Are you a young adult aged between 15-18 years old with a keen interest in film (attending school or college in Galway city/county/ West of Ireland) and would like to be part of our online jury this July then we want to hear from you.
We are looking for young people aged 15-18 years * to form a jury panel as part of Galway Film Fleadh’s virtual film programme this July.
As a jury participant you will watch 3 feature films specifically aimed at a young adult audience. A short preparation workshop (40 mins) will take place via zoom a few days before the screenings offering tips and suggestions for viewing. After the screenings the jury will get together once again via zoom to discuss and debate the films before voting on their favourite. The winning film will receive the inaugural Film Fleadh Young Audience Award.
If this sounds like you and you’d like to apply please fill out the application below to apply. Closing date is 8th July.
*You must be at least 15 years old to take part as films may contain strong language, violence, and potentially distressing scenes.
