The Junior Galway Film Fleadh, in association with the National Network of Young Irish Film Makers & Animators is delighted to present a FREE Script-to-Screen workshop with Gavin and Teresa from Nova Productions. Taking place online on Saturday 20^th March from 10.30-4.30pm it is aimed at young people aged 13-17 years old.

Taught from their brand-new studio it will cover screenwriting, sound, cinematography and editing, Teresa and Gavin will look at all the important aspects of film to get you writing, shooting and editing your own projects.

You will need access to a computer and to download some free software. If you have a smartphone, table lamps or even a microphone great, but don’t worry if you don’t. You’ll still come away armed with new skills and know-how.

Places are limited. Deadline for applications is 18^th March 2021.

Teresa and Gavin have been involved in the arts for over twenty years. Starting out as actors they formed Nova productions in 2015 writing, directing and producing their own plays, films and documentaries. They have been running drama and film camps since 2014 and take great pleasure in helping and coaching the new generation of artists and filmmakers.
