Registration Opens for Free European Young Audience Award Online Watch Party

Registration is now open for the European Young Audience Award Online Watch Party, hosted in Ireland by GENERATION Fleadh in collaboration with the European Film Academy.

The European Young Audience Award gives young people aged 12–24 the opportunity to watch, discuss, and vote on a selection of outstanding European films. Audiences act as jurors, rating the films online, with votes contributing to the overall winner, announced at the European Film Awards.

This year’s programme will take place as an online watch party, allowing participants across Ireland to take part remotely. Screenings are free to attend, but advance registration is required.

In addition to watching and voting on the films, participants will also have access to exclusive interviews with filmmakers and cast members, helping to deepen engagement with contemporary European cinema.

The European Young Audience Award forms part of GENERATION Fleadh’s ongoing commitment to youth engagement, film education, and supporting young audiences to actively participate in film culture.
