This collection of international short films presents stories of trauma, resilience, and survival. From a Malaysian military camp’s humiliation of young women to the legacy of war in 1960s Congo, gentrification, xenophobia, climate crisis, and systemic injustice. These films ask, “How do we stay? How can we endure?”
Films in our programme can include mature themes/adult content. Viewer discretion is advised.

WAShhh
Set in Malaysia National Service Camp, a Chinese female trainee is commanded to lead her multiracial female comrades to wash stained sanitary pads in the middle of the night.
