When Lou was 16, she fled her small hometown and never looked back. Meanwhile, her brother, Les, never left. Now, in the wake of their mother’s death, and the subsequent selling of the family home, they find themselves face-to-face for the f irst time in 15 years. As they reacquaint – and drink booze out of old family mugs – they’re relieved by how easily they can slip back into old roles, playfully goading each other, and testing one another’s differing worldviews. But, as the weekend unfolds, the conversations get more complicated.
