Galway’s Junior Film Fleadh, the young audiences arm of the prestigious Galway Film Fleadh, has taken place each November.

The 2019 Junior film Fleadh took place at the Pálás, a new three screen arthouse cinema and cultural space in the UNESCO city of film, Galway Ireland. The Junior Film Fleadh is a film festival for all generations, that puts young people and their stories in the spotlight. The annual programme has previously included brand new animation, documentaries, drama films, educational screenings, filmmaking workshops, a Society & Inclusivity cinema programme and the JGFF Future Filmmakers Competition.
