Film submission powered by Eventival
Single delegate Eventival application forms:
1. We process applications using Eventival.
2. This application form is for those companies/producers that wish to put forward one delegate to attend the Galway Film Fair Marketplace.
- If your company/production wishes to put forward two delegates to attend together, you must use the double delegate form
- Only registered applicants will be allowed to attend meetings
3. Applications will not be processed without receipt of payment.
4. Application fees are paid via credit/debit card processed by Stripe.
5. Fees and deadlines:
Early Bird Deadline Friday May 13th 2022 at 5p.m. GMT. Fee per delegate €195
Final Deadline Friday June 3rd 2022 at 5p.m. GMT. Fee per delegate €250
6. You may submit up to two projects, if you wish.
7. The synopsis/synopses of your project, along with your company details will be made available to financiers by way of a publication, entitled the ‘Industry Handbook’, which will be available for all decision makers at the Marketplace
8. Priority will be given to projects which have a finished screenplay available and a percentage of development and/or production finance in place and/or completed films.
9. Treatments should not be included at this stage, they may be handed over at individual meetings.

Double delegate Eventival application forms:
1. We process applications using Eventival.
2. This application form is for those companies/producers that wish for two delegates to to attend the Galway Film Fair Marketplace. The second delegate must also have/create an Eventival account with us.
- If your company/production wishes to put forward two delegates to attend together, you must use this form.
- If your company/production wishes to put forward two delegates to attend separately, each delegate must submit an application individually using the single delegate form
- Only registered applicants will be allowed to attend meetings
3. Applications will not be processed without receipt of payment.
4. Application fees are paid via credit/debit card processed by Stripe.
5. Fees and deadline:
Early Bird Deadline Friday May 13th 2022 at 5p.m. GMT. Fee per double application €390
Final Deadline Friday June 3rd 2022 at 5p.m. GMT. Fee per double application €500

Second Project Eventival application forms:
- This form is only for use by those who have already submitted a project for potential inclusion in the Galway Film Fair Marketplace 2022. It allows the submission of a second project for inclusion, regardless of how many delegates you have nominated to attend.
- This form will not allow you to change the number of delegates attending. Only registered applicants will be allowed to attend meetings.
- Fees and deadlines:There is no additional fee to submit a second project.

Final Deadline Friday June 3rd 2022 at 5p.m. GMT
