There is an urban legend about a mysterious videotape. After you watch it, you receive an anonymous telephone call and thereafter you have one week left to live. Journalist Reiko Asakawa is doing a piece on the myth’s popularity when teenagers’ deaths start being reported around the city; amongst them her niece Tomoko. Reiko follows her only lead to a cabin where she finds a disturbing videotape. When Reiko is done watching it, the phone rings...
